REFUND POLICY

Please read the following carefully, and if you wish to request a refund, create a ticket in the support section. Refund Requests must meet the following conditions:

√ Before purchasing a long-term service, please request a trial account to test the service. If you are not satisfied with the trial, please do not purchase a long-term service.

√ If your internet speed is slow and prevents you from using our IPTV services, you may request a refund.

√ Our iPTV team is available 24/7 to provide assistance, but we cannot offer refunds if you are unable to set up the iPTV service on your devices. Please refer to our tutorials for assistance with setting up IPTV.

√ If you mistakenly choose the wrong service and complete the payment, please create a support ticket titled “Payment Error.” Our support team will review the request and issue a refund if applicable. For example, if you meant to purchase a 3-month service, but accidentally paid for a year or less.

√ Refund requests will not be accepted if your account has expired more than 7 days ago.
